Donata is an environmental geologist. Her career spans twenty years of public and private sector work in the area of waste management.
Her curiosity in earth science started in her early years, when she enjoyed collecting minerals at home. Since then, she has wanted to increase awareness about the importance of preserving natural resources by helping public getting familiar with the concept of waste hierarchy and the ”reduce, reuse, recycle” slogan.
She has an honours degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Padua, (Italy) and she is member of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management, the International Solid Waste Association, the Geologists’ Association and Fellow of the Geological Society of London.
